Why Combat FIT
Combat FIT was born from a simple frustration: serious martial artists and athletes had no purpose-built platform that combined training logs, clinical nutrition tracking, peptide protocol management and measurable progress — all in one place, designed by someone who actually trains.
As a clinician with deep expertise in longevity medicine, peptide pharmacology and human performance, and as a returning martial artist, Dr Hall built Combat FIT to bridge the gap between clinical precision and the gym floor. Every feature reflects real training — and real science.
Martial Arts Journey
Early Training — Japanese & Korean Arts
Dr Hall began his martial arts journey with traditional Japanese disciplines, achieving Shodan (1st Dan) in both Kendo and Iaido — the way of the sword and the art of drawing the blade. Simultaneously he trained in Taekwondo WTF, earning his 1st Dan Black Belt in the Olympic style.
Return to the Mat — ITF & BJJ
After years immersed in the healthcare and life sciences world, Dr Hall returned to martial arts training — this time adding Taekwondo ITF for its traditional pattern-based depth alongside Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)for its evidence-based ground grappling and the humbling experience of starting as a white belt again. That return to beginner's mind directly shaped the philosophy behind Combat FIT.
